pharmachologic effect

Sulsena paste (instructions for use are discussed in detail later in the article) has several pharmacological properties:

  • Stabilization of the function of the glands of external secretion.
  • Eliminate dandruff, flaking and relieve itching.
  • Neutralization of poisons of pathogenic microflora.
  • Protection and maintenance of the hair base.
  • Stimulates hair growth.
  • Restoration and protection of the hair structure.
  • Stabilization of the vital functions of skin cells.
  • Restoration of shine, hair elasticity.

Pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics

The therapeutic effect of selenium disulfide (the main healing component of the paste) is based on stabilizing the malfunctioning of the sebaceous glands - the leading factor in the appearance of dandruff.

The sebum produced by the glands of the external secretion of the head has three important properties:

  1. Bactericidal. The chemical elements included in the formula have a detrimental effect on representatives of pathogenic microflora.
  2. Protective. Sebum is responsible for the local immunity of the scalp.
  3. Moisturizing. The shell formed by the sebum prevents the loss of moisture from the scalp.

    Sulsena paste. Instructions for use for hair growth, against dandruff, hair loss, oiliness
    Sulsen paste is effective against dry seborrhea

With a decrease in sebaceous secretion, the scalp becomes dry, begins to peel off, forming white dry flakes on the hair... Lack of glands reduces the defenses of the scalp, it becomes unstable to the occurrence of fungal infections.

There is an activation of the fungus Malassezia Furfur (in other words Pityrosporum ovale), which is present in the normal microflora of the scalp skin. This type belongs to yeast fungi and is found exclusively on the skin of people.

With stable immunity, the fungus is in a latent state and does not manifest itself in any way. With excessive dryness of the scalp, the fungus begins to multiply, provoking itching and flaking.

As a result of the breakdown of substances contained in sebum, under the influence of fungal toxins, poisons are formed, which have a detrimental effect on the health of the hair roots.

When the secretion of sebum, on the contrary, increases, the cells of the epidermis grow, they die off, provoking the formation of sticky yellowish plates on the hair, the physiological composition of the sebum changes, as a result of which it is not able to have a bactericidal effect.

Selenium disulfide has antifungal action and is effective against Malassezia Furfur fungi. Penetrating through the membrane of fungal cells, it disrupts vital processes inside the cell, causing its destruction.

The substance blocks the growth of epithelial cells of the scalp and cells of the glands that produce sebum, renews and restores the cellular elements of the skin, and stabilizes the functioning of the glands of external secretion. This effect is called cytostatic in pharmacology.

Also, the drug has a keratolytic effect, which consists in softening dead skin cells, which promotes their separation and helps to quickly and effectively eliminate dandruff while washing off Sulsena with water.

The drug can be classified as a hair growth stimulant. Sulfur available in the product:

  • strengthens the hair follicles;Sulsena paste. Instructions for use for hair growth, against dandruff, hair loss, oiliness
  • neutralizes the negative impact on them of toxic substances produced by the fungus and pathogenic microflora;
  • improves hair condition, enhancing its natural shine and restoring elasticity.

Cetyl alcohol, indicated in the components of the paste - a substance of plant origin, has weak antiseptic properties, causes the death of pathogenic microflora and accelerates the healing of skin microdamages.

Glycerin moisturizes the skin with the development of dry dandruff, and with oily, on the contrary, it can dry the scalp.

Citric acid - one of the components of the paste, gets into the skin tissue:

  • narrows the pores;
  • strengthens hair follicles;
  • prevents the development of dandruff;
  • inhibits hair loss.

Citric acid provides a moisturizing effect, the hair becomes more manageable. Sulsen's paste is intended for external use according to the instructions. The active ingredients of the drug can get into the outer layers of the skin, but they are not detected in the bloodstream and do not undergo changes in the body systems.

Reviews of trichologists on the effectiveness of Sulsen's paste

Sulsena paste, the instructions for the use of which were outlined above, received many positive evaluations from trichologists dealing with the health of the scalp.

As the observations of doctors have shown, in combination with Sulsen's shampoos, the paste shows significant effectiveness in the treatment of both dry and oily dandruff, and after several courses, the symptoms of the disease often disappear completely. Therefore, Sulsen's paste is often prescribed by specialists.

The drug is effective for hair loss and oily hair. After treatment with Sulsena, patients' hair loss is markedly reduced, sebum production is normalized and hair greasiness is reduced, which is explained by the sulfur compound present in Sulsena, which makes the hair follicles more resistant and stabilizes the sebum secretion of the glands.

Experts warn that when treating with this drug, it is necessary to strictly follow the recommendations for use in order to reduce the risk of developing allergic reactions.
